Commission Process

1. Prepare your character reference or document.
2. Send me a commission request with the files & answers through email, twitter/instagram direct message.
3. I will reply to accept, reject or ask more details for clarifications. (If accepted, I will provide the price and estimated turnaround time).
4. Confirm the commission request, if no confirmation is made within 1 week the commission request will be cancelled.
-Upfront payment via Paypal
5. I will start working on the commission within 1-3 business days and send updates per stage (ex: sketch, lineart, coloring) depending on the commission type. More details in T.O.S.
6. Reviewing and finalizing the artwork.
7. Remaining payments (if there are any).
8. Delivery of the artwork via email or a private Google drive link.

Before starting a project, we need to make sure we are on the same page so there aren't misunderstandings and to protect against fraud, so please take some time to read through these terms! Thank you.

General agreement
By commissioning me, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms.
Rights
I retain full copyright of the work. The client gets a personal use license by default, commercial rights are a separate agreement with additional cost. I can use the artwork for self-promotion on any platform unless an NDA is in place.

AI usage
Strictly prohibited — no AI alteration, replication, or feeding your work into any model. If violated, all licenses are immediately revoked.
Payment
PayPal in USD, full payment upfront. Projects over $100 can be split 50/50. No refunds once work has started, unless for any reason I cannot finish the commission. No chargebacks under any circumstances.
Timeline
1 week to 1 month depending on complexity. Work goes through stages .
sketch → lineart → color flats → render → final artwork.
I will provide updates at each stage for approval and pause work until I receive a response.
Revisions
Up to 3 major revisions during the draft phase. Minor corrections at no cost if there's any details I missed. Additional changes beyond that may have an extra fee.
Deliverables
3000–4000px PNG at 350dpi (canvas length may vary depending on the chosen artwork), shared via Google Drive or email. The client is responsible for saving their files.
Do's and Don'ts
